Return Window: You may return your bike within 14 days of delivery or pickup.

Condition: The bike must be unused, in original condition, and include all original parts and packaging.

Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee may apply.

Custom Orders: Bikes with custom configurations (non pre-configured builds) are non-refundable unless defective.
